Adult Bouldering
New Climbers 18+
If you are new to bouldering then we recommend coming along to one of our Intro Sessions where one of our friendly instructors will show you how it all works.
Alternatively you can join with a friend who is already an experienced climber.
Or just book on and climb! As an adult you can pre-register to climb by watching an induction video, reading our Terms & Conditions and completing a registration form. Make sure to pay attention as the team will ask you a few questions before they let you pay to climb.
Once that is completed you can go and climb, if you have any further questions the team will always be happy to help out.
Experienced Climbers 18+
No matter what your experience, you will be asked to watch a short video induction, read our conditions of use and fill out a registration form.
The staff will ask you a couple of questions to ensure you have understood the induction and then you will be free to use the centre.
Kids & Youth
0 – 6 years
Unfortunately our Bouldering wall is not suitable for this age group. We are working towards creating a climbing style activity for the younger ones. Do take a look at our Aqua Park and Ringo Rides for age 6+ activities.
7 – 13 years
If you are new to bouldering then we recommend coming along to one of our Intro Sessions where one of our friendly instructors will start you on your climbing journey.
Alternatively,
A Registered Adult Competent Climber 18+ can supervise two novice children aged between 7 – 13 years old, however we do advise 1 to 1 if any children are between 7-10. The supervising adult must take full responsibility for the safety of the participants and complete the relevant paperwork.
14 – 17 years
A Registered Adult Competent Climber 18+ can supervise two novice children aged between 14 – 17 years old. The supervising adult must take full responsibility for the safety of the participants and complete the relevant paperwork.
We do allow experienced teenagers (14-17) to register to climb unsupervised as Registered Youth Competent Climbers. This requires an in-house sign-off that must be pre-arranged with a member of staff before booking. Registered Youth Competent Climbers Under 16 will still require a parent to be on-site whilst participating.
Non participating supervisor cost £5 to be on the matting.
