Wakeboarding Cable Operators & Coaches
The lake is yours! No, really it is. Here’s where you take the stage to get your beginner up & riding or teach the latest trick to those wanting to progress. Our cables allow one rider per time, so you’ll be the coach offering one to one pointers whilst also tailoring your control of the cable to the individual’s needs and abilities. Lessons turnover every 15 minutes so enthusiasm & time management is essential. If you’ve got a coaching background and enjoy the outdoors this should be right up your street!

We’ll provide all the training you need but ideally, we’d like you to have a passion for watersports.
Aqua park Lifeguards
The love for the outdoor Welsh weather is a must! You’ll be working come rain or shine and it’ll be all about teamwork to carry out daily tasks. You’ll be working both on and off the water, our Aqua park sees a high volume of customers, so the ideal candidate will be outgoing, have attention to detail, be responsible and be on the ball. Ready to get stuck in!

Must be a competent swimmer
Lifeguard background desired but not essential, all training and qualifications will be provided for the right candidates.
Cafe assistants
Our little cafe is pretty busy during our peak season and requires candidates who enjoy fast-paced environments. The right candidate will enjoy a customer-facing role, whilst ensuring all spaces are kept clean & tidy. You’ll be working within a team to get the jobs done, so your day will be varied. A morning on the coffee machine with an afternoon on the till and maybe a bit of washing up. Oh! And not to forget keeping paperwork and stock rotation up to date.

Kitchen assistant
Food glorious food! We’ve gone all out with a proper chef this year who this candidate will be working alongside. You’ll be reliable, a quick learner and eager to progress your kitchen skills. Oh, and a big passion for local produce and fresh cooking is a MUST! If you’ve got skills & experience in the kitchen already, even better!

Passion for vibrant food
Front of house
Meet & Greet! You’ll be the first face customers see, so we’re looking for bubbly personalities to fill this role. It’ll be demanding with quick check in’s necessary to keep the flow of the day whilst putting your IT skills to the test as you switch between face to face service, online booking systems and telephone calls.
If you’ve got an eye for detail, enjoy interaction and managing systems then this could be for you! Organisation is key and on your feet thinking to assist day to day running of the park.

Bouldering Wall Team Lead
NEW FOR 2021!
Climbing experience? Essential for this one. If you’ve got your qualifications- happy days! If not, we will provide training but the candidate for qualification reasons MUST have experience climbing &/or bouldering. For the right candidate, this has huge potential to become full time.
Within this role you’ll be providing first-class instruction to customers, sharing your knowledge of bouldering. You’ll also be in charge of the space tidiness, paperwork and work alongside other team members to achieve a common goal.

Bouldering Wall assistant

Work alongside your team leader in order to pass over your knowledge to customers. Working with groups and individuals to help them progress. You’ll be helping the day to day running of the wall whilst working alongside other staff departments to achieve common goals.
You’ll be full of enthusiasm and a responsible individual.
