Voucher FAQS 

1. Are there Terms and conditions?

There are Terms and Conditions for all activities that still apply to vouchers. Please see terms and conditions here. 

2. How long are vouchers valid for?

Vouchers are valid for 1 year from purchase. Unfortunately we cannot extend vouchers should they pass their redemption date.

3. How do I book?

If you have purchased a voucher online, please proceed to 'book online' , you can redeem your voucher at checkout. We advise booking a minimum of 7 days in advance peak season and 48 hours in advance off peak. If the voucher is to be used in the cafe/tipi dining please present it when paying.

4. WHAT DO I DO IF I WOULD LIKE PHYSICAL VOUCHERs?

If you would like to buy a physical voucher then please pop to see us at reception during our opening hours or buy one digitally and print it out to give. Unfortunately, we only post vouchers during the Christmas period, up to December 15th. We charge a £2.50 postage fee.
